Perched high in the Provo foothills, the 7,207-square-foot home blends panoramic views with refined design, offering indoor–outdoor living, wellness amenities, and modern comforts. This project reflects our commitment to creating custom homes in Utah that are both functional and inspiring.

Knighton Architecture is honored to partner with Skylar Baird on the restoration of the historic Fifth Ward Chapel in Salt Lake City. Originally built in 1910 and recognized as both a National Register and Salt Lake City Landmark, the chapel is being returned to its original architectural form after decades of change and a recent partial demolition. Our team has restored the design to reflect its authentic character, and we look forward to seeing this landmark continue its new life as a space for community renewal.
