Valley View: A Modern Showcase in the Utah Valley Parade of Homes
Knighton Architecture, in collaboration with 10X Construction, is proud to present Valley View, a residence featured in the Utah Valley Parade of Homes. Positioned high in the foothills of Provo, the home offers sweeping views of Utah Valley and demonstrates the possibilities of modern residential architecture in Utah.
Design Inspiration
Drawing from a Modern Southern California–inspired style, the design emphasizes clean lines, open floor plans, and seamless connections to the outdoors. The elevated site shaped the architecture, with large windows and expansive terraces designed to capture natural light and panoramic vistas.
Outdoor Living and Wellness
The home celebrates indoor–outdoor living with multiple spaces for relaxation and entertainment. A rooftop deck provides unmatched views, while the backyard is designed as a private retreat complete with a fire pit, hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge. These elements create a wellness-focused environment that extends the home’s livable space.

Interior Features
Spanning 7,207 square feet, Valley View includes six bedrooms, five full baths, and one half bath. Lifestyle features enhance the home’s functionality, including a large theater room, a dedicated gym, and a bunk room for guests. Each space is carefully planned to balance comfort, family living, and modern elegance.
Collaboration and Craftsmanship
The success of Valley View is a testament to collaboration. Knighton Architecture provided the vision and design, while 10X Construction brought craftsmanship and technical expertise to the build. Together, the team ensured the project achieved both architectural integrity and lasting quality.
A Statement of Design Excellence
The Utah Valley Parade of Homes is a platform for celebrating design innovation in the region, and Valley View stands as an example of how thoughtful architecture can enrich daily life. At Knighton Architecture, we are proud to see this home realized and look forward to continuing to design spaces that inspire and endure.
