The Madison + The Winston

In 2016, our team played a key role in redesigning the interior of the historic Madison Building on Center Street in downtown Provo. Once home to a cowboy bar on the upper floors and a nightclub on the ground floor, the building was reimagined by the owner, Steven Bond of Capital Advisors Real Estate. The upper floors were transformed into a real estate brokerage office, while the ground floor became a dry bar comedy venue.

A few years later, the adjacent building, renamed “The Winston,” became available. Partnering again with Steven Bond, we undertook a comprehensive renovation, adding a new upper floor and a rear expansion to accommodate creative office spaces and a dance hall. This project has become a dynamic addition to downtown Provo, now serving as the headquarters for Angel Studios and enhancing the area’s vitality.
