Designed to address the city’s growing need for affordable housing, the project will activate an underutilized transit stop and reimagine a narrow street into a welcoming pedestrian corridor.

The development features a thoughtful mix of micro-units—two-thirds micro-studios and one-third micro one-bedrooms—designed to maximize efficiency and livability. This project has been made possible through a strong and collaborative team effort. Capital Real Estate Advisors and Redstone Residential lead the development partnership, with Bonneville Construction serving as General Contractor. With permits approved, construction is set to begin in Fall 2025.
